The first people you will meet will be our friendly and helpful front desk reception and scheduling staff. They will answer your calls and greet you as you arrive. They can find who you need to talk to and schedule your appointments with our providers. They are here just for you.

2. Billing Department
The billing staff at the Red Cliff Community Health Center can answer most billing questions. We accept most major insurance plans and can help you identify what coverage you have.

TIPS TO ENSURE YOUR BILLING PROCESS IS SMOOTH!
- Be sure to bring your current insurance card to your appointment.
- Provide your current mailing address to the registration desk.
- Provide necessary information about your employer including: name, address and phone number. This is especially important if health benefits are through your employer.
- If this is a worker’s compensation visit, tell the registration staff upon check in.
HOW TO READ YOUR BILL
The billing statements have the following key features:
- Your name, statement date and amount due
- The detail section includes:
- Date of service
- Charge for service
- Amount paid by insurance
- Amount you owe
- If you wish to pay by credit card the RCCHC currently accepts Visa and MasterCard
- Payment arrangements can be made by calling the billing department.
