No Show Policy
As of November 1, 2008, the Dental Department has put into effect a new "No Show" policy. This policy is designed to reduce the number of no show appointments affecting the department.
Two "no show" appointments in a year period will result in suspension of all scheduling privileges in the Red Cliff Dental Program for six months. After the six month suspension, you will have to meet with the Red Cliff Health Board to have scheduling privileges reinstated.
There is a long waiting for services in the dental program. Please do your part to help the program effectively use the providers time. If you need to cancel, please give 24 hour notice; this will free up your reserved time and help other patients.
